The practice
One professional, start to finish
BM Design & Surveying is run by a Registered Building Surveyor and Chartered Building Engineer based in Collon, Co. Louth. Every survey, drawing, BER and certificate is prepared personally — so the person who inspects your property is the person who signs the report.
The practice works within 30 km of the office in Collon — Drogheda, Ardee, Dunleer, Slane, Duleek and the surrounding towns — for homeowners, buyers, solicitors, builders and commercial clients, combining traditional surveying with laser scanning, BIM and energy modelling.
